RICS Home Buyers Reports Level 1-3 - These reports are designed to identify any problems with a property and advise of any risks prior to committing to a purchase.
Level 1 - This is the entry level report and should be used for conventional properties in good condition.
Level 2 - This is a more detailed report if more information regarding the condition of the premises is required.
Level 3 - This is designed for unusual, older or run-down properties and provides more detailed information regarding structure and fabric of the premises.

Commercial Property Purchase Report - This is designed to identify problems with a commercial property and highlight any risks prior to committing to a purchase or letting.
Specific Defects Report - This report is for a situation where a diagnosis of a particular problem is required such as a crack or water ingress.
Reinstatement Valuation- This valuation may be required for insurance purposes, particularly if your property has some unusual features.
